Ethics and law

“Ethics is a science, as being forced by principles of widespread validity, so that, what was respectable for one was good for country/society as well as what was my neighbor’s duty was my duty also”
                                                                                                                                     
Ethics means philosophy of moral behavior. Ethics is a method of moral codes that are governed or influence a person’s behavior. “Code of Ethics” for a profession is nothing but all written or unwritten principles which are recognized in any profession as the root of proper behavior constitute of ethics of the profession.
Example: “Pharmacist Code of Ethics” ---- is a education to the pharmacist in their relationship with the patients, fellow practitioners as well as other health care professionals and the public.      

Law:
Law is the rules established by the authority or government for regulating the behavior of members of community or country.

Ethical points for manufacturing pharmacist:
Pharmacists should have an ethical commitment to care for their patients. Moral procedures as well as ethical codes, are more likely to be the tools used by pharmacist on a daily routine purposes as they face ethical situations. Ethical codes and moral guidelines provide direction for practitioners about what the obligations of patient care entail.
A pharmacist should realize that final success of the health profession largely depend how effectively the pharmacist does able to make, store and dispense the drug to the public. As for purpose, the manufacturing pharmacist should obey ethics during their duties.
